A Little About the Teacher
I have been teaching many, many years!. I have a master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology as well as certification as a teacher of the learning disabled. I have 11 years of experience teaching special education students and taught regular education 5th grade, but the majority of my career has been teaching 3rd grade! I have two wonderful children. Kayleigh is 21 this year and Spencer is 18,
I welcome parent input so please feel free to contact me anytime. The best way to reach me is by sending a note or email at [email protected]). I typically check my email in the morning before school, but due to our busy classroom schedule I may not have a chance to check it again until after the students leave for home. If you have information regarding a change in after school transportation, such as picking your child up rather than having him or her ride the bus, please call the school office (453-6351) and the information will be posted on our KH Central Elementary Announcements which we view at the end of each day between 3:00 and 3:15. Thanks so much!
I absolutely love teaching and enjoy every day with the students. It is a pleasure and a privilege to be able to share in your child’s 3rd grade year!
